Ingredients
- 3 parts Aperol (90 ml) 
- 2 parts Prosecco (60 ml) 
- 1 splash soda water (30 ml) 
- Fresh ice cubes 
- 1 slice orange (for garnish) 
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. 
- Pour 3 parts Aperol into the glass. 
- Add 2 parts Prosecco. 
- Top with a splash of soda water for a fizzy finish. 
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
