- 2 cups filtered water
- Optional: honey or lemon for taste
Instructions
- Boil the water and remove from heat.
- Add green tea extract, garcinia cambogia, and fenugreek powder. Stir well.
- Mix in bitter melon juice, cinnamon, and grated ginger.
- Let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain into a cup and add honey or lemon if desired.
- Drink once daily, preferably before meals to reduce appetite.
