Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cutting the watermelon into small cubes. Rinse the mint leaves and pat them dry. Squeeze fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons.
Blend the Watermelon and Mint: Place the watermelon cubes and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse gently instead of blending completely.
Strain the Mixture: Strain the blended mixture into a large pitcher using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Add Lemon Juice and Sweetener: Pour the fresh lemon juice into the pitcher and stir. Add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste, and mix well until dissolved.
Add Water: Pour in the cold water (still or sparkling) and stir until everything is well combined.
Serve: Pour the watermelon mint lemonade into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with mint sprigs, watermelon slices, and lemon wedges.
